Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping costs
- Orders of $75 or more: free standard shipping.
- Orders under $75: $6.99 standard shipping.
The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax, where it applies, is also calculated at checkout.
Processing and delivery
Orders are packed and shipped from fulfillment centers in the United States. When your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods, bad weather and other events outside our control can cause delays.
If your order includes more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
Your shipping address
Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email us at info@goformify.com right away. We'll do our best to correct it, but we can't change the address once your order has shipped.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us at info@goformify.com with your order number (and photos of any damage), and we'll help you sort it out. For damaged or faulty items, see our Refund policy.
