Refund policy
If your Formify kit isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
What can be returned
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Please return everything that came with your order. Kits are returned as a complete set, including any mat or weights that came with them.
- You'll need your order number.
How to start a return
Email us at info@goformify.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we'll email you a return authorization and a return label with the address of our fulfillment center, plus instructions on how to send your package.
Please don't send anything back without contacting us first. We can't accept returns sent without a return authorization or to any other address.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. The return label shows where to send your package but doesn't include postage, so please use a tracked shipping service and keep your proof of postage.
If your order arrived damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, we cover the cost of the return (see below).
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us at info@goformify.com with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return reaches our fulfillment center and has been inspected, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take some time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges aren't refunded, unless the return is because of our error (a damaged, faulty or wrong item).
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't received it, please contact us at info@goformify.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different kit or option is to return the one you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order.
